BREF – Leaders and Staff

We are

the Founders. Liz and Tom Brackett along with John Novak, founded the Brackett Refugee Education Fund (BREF) in 1997. Believing that education is the single most important gift, after the necessities of food and shelter, we started to devise ways to provide access to education for refugees.
