There are two Trustee meetings each year. The spring meeting takes place after the return of the BREF personnel from Asia. It's principal business is the adoption of the budget and program for the current year.

The fall meeting discusses broad issues relating to the on going work of BREF. It is also the time when trustees whose terms have expired are replaced.
